and personalized feedback via AI tools.
You’ll be taught by professionals and attend inspiring guest lectures on current technologies like RPA and Big Data.

8 weeks: theory without boring PowerPoints. Just build, test, and try.
4 weeks: practical experience with a real client. You’re on board, no coffee runs.

No job application circus. Just getting acquainted. You choose three employers to speed date with, and with one, you’ll really delve deeper. We get to know you, and you discover what suits you. And if you need backup, we’ll be there in the background.

12 weeks later.

After 12 weeks, you’ll have not only skills but also focus. You’ll know where you’re going, what you’re worth, and what you can contribute. And what’s even better: we’ll continue to support you—at work, in growth, and in life. No cap.
