The terms “Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable” have become legendary thanks to Jiskefet’s sketches. And you’ll be legendary for our organization too, as you’ll be responsible for (you guessed it) our accounts receivable. You’ll join a young team of sales and marketing specialists who are eager to work every day. Okay, honestly, the fun team outings certainly contribute to this.

What are your responsibilities?

• Sending our monthly invoices to over 500 online stores (our customers) in countries including the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, Finland, and Sweden.
• Calling our customers and sending reminders and demand letters.
• You’ll be the first point of contact for financial matters within the organization, and as you grow into this role, you’ll gain a valuable bird’s-eye view of all our customers.
• Once you’ve mastered everything, there will be more room to take on office management tasks (such as calendar management and facility management).

Who are we looking for?

• You communicate clearly and know how to convey the message “you have to pay for the pancake” in a friendly and professional manner.
• You make clear agreements with our customers and know how to hold debtors to these agreements.
• You are an energetic person, a real go-getter, and extremely helpful.
• You like to keep things organized and work in a structured manner.
• You have a higher professional education (HBO) qualification.
• You live in Zwolle or the surrounding area.
• You feel at home in an informal organization with colleagues who enjoy their work and are also ready to go the extra mile when it matters.
• Last but not least, you agree with our Manifesto.
